Shipping policy

Thanks so much for shopping with me!
I know how exciting it is waiting for your order to arrive, so here’s a simple breakdown of how my shipping works.

Processing Your Order

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed.
I always do my best to get things sent the next working day, but please bear in mind I’m a one-woman band, so occasionally it might take a couple of extra days so please make sure you allow for this. Thank you for your patience!

Ordering something custom or personalised? These take a little extra time to prepare, but don’t worry — I’ll always keep you in the loop if there are any delays.

Where I Ship

At the moment, I’m shipping within the UK only, and yes — that includes all of Scotland! (No sneaky exclusions here.)

UK Shipping Details

I ship to all UK addresses.
Standard delivery is usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Need it a bit quicker? Expedited delivery options may be available at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order — no surprises.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

I work with reliable delivery partners, but every now and then delays can happen (annoying, I know!).
If your order is lost or taking much longer than expected, just email me at nicky@nickywebdesigns.com and I’ll do everything I can to get it sorted for you.

Updates to This Policy

From time to time, I may update this shipping policy to reflect changes to delivery services, costs, or how I do things.
The most up-to-date version will always be available on my website.
