Refund policy

Thanks so much for your order! We really hope you love it — but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact nicky@nickywebdesigns.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is faulty or damaged. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
